There is one very important thing you should always do before booking your Disney World vacation.

Before getting your tickets, booking your hotel, and scheduling all your park reservations, make sure you check Disney World’s calendar! Each Disney Park has different hours of operation and there are times you may be surprised by an early closing time.
And if you’re heading to Magic Kingdom today, be prepared to exit the park early.
Magic Kingdom to Close at 4:30PM
On January 31st, 2023, Magic Kingdom will be open from 8AM to 4:30PM. The park typically closes at 10 or 11PM.
The rest of the week has varying hours. On February 1st, 3rd, and 4th, Magic Kingdom will be open from 9AM to 11PM. The park will be open from 8AM to 10PM on February 2nd.

Park Hopping begins as per usual at 2PM, but keep in mind that if you Park Hop today, you’ll only have 2.5 hours in Magic Kingdom until closing.
Disney Parks can close early for a variety of reasons that occasionally include private events and Cast Member parties, so it’s always important to triple-check Disney World’s calendar before booking your trip and scheduling your park reservations.

A sign in Magic Kingdom advised guests to check the My Disney Experience app for showtimes of the nighttime fireworks show, Disney Enchantment, but ultimately regular park guests will not be able to see fireworks at Magic Kingdom today.

Meanwhile, at the other Disney Parks on January 31st, EPCOT will be open from 9AM to 9PM, Disney’s Animal Kingdom hours are 9AM to 7PM, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 8:30AM to 9PM.
